Kelly Tillman is the driving force behind Places & Spaces Property Management. With over 28 years of experience in property management services, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the business.

As a dedicated professional and visionary leader, Kelly has built a reputation for excellence in managing properties and serving clients with integrity and care.

Outside of work, Kelly is a proud mother of four adult children and a grandmother to eleven. She enjoys home decorating, finding joy in creating beautiful and functional living spaces. When she’s not working or decorating, Kelly cherishes spending quality time with her family, making lasting memories with her loved ones.

Apryl Tillman

Apryl Tillman is a licensed Realtor with over 15 years property management services experience. Born and raised in Shasta County, Apryl’s deep roots in the community and extensive knowledge of the local market make her an invaluable asset to our team.

As a dedicated mother of two and an auntie to nine, Apryl loves spending time with her family.

Mike Tillman

Maintenance Supervisor

Mike Tillman brings over 30 years of executive business management experience to his role as the Supervisor of our Maintenance Department. His extensive background in leadership and operations ensures that our maintenance team runs efficiently and effectively, providing top-notch service to all our tenants.

As the husband of Kelly Tillman, Mike shares a deep commitment to the family-run ethos of Places & Spaces Property Management. Together, they have raised four adult children and are proud grandparents to eleven.

Outside of work, Mike is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys spending time with family and friends. He finds relaxation in fishing and exploring nature, embracing the beauty and tranquility of the outdoors.

Mike’s dedication to his role and his passion for the outdoors make him a valued and dynamic part of our team.

Ashley Tillman

Assistant Property Manager, Maintenance Manager

Ashley Tillman joins our team with a diverse background in property management, bringing valuable experience from Colorado, Redding, and Oregon. Her expertise in managing properties ensures a smooth and efficient process for our clients and tenants alike.

A devoted dog mom to Rocky, a senior German Shepherd, Ashley has a deep love for animals and enjoys spending time with her furry friend. Outside of work, she cherishes moments spent with family and friends and has a passion for baking, often delighting those around her with her delicious creations.

Ashley’s dedication to her role and her warm, friendly approach make her a fantastic addition to our team.
