A licensed Broker, Kelly brings to the business over 28 years experience in property management services. Mother to four adult children, & grandmother to thirteen. Kelly enjoys home decorating & spending time with family.

A licensed Realtor, born and raised in Shasta Co. Apryl has over 15 years experience in property management services. Mother to four young children, Apryl's days are certainly busy & filled with love.

Maintenance Supervisor

Mike also has over 30 years executive business management experience and is supervisor of our maintenance department. Husband to Kelly, father to four adult children & grandfather to thirteen, Mike enjoys spending time with family, friends, fishing & enjoying the outdoors.

Ashley Tillman

Assistant Property Manager, Maintenance Manager

Ashley comes to us all the way from Colorado with several years prior property management service experience in Redding and Oregon. Dog mom to Rocky, a senior German Shephard, Ashley enjoys spending time with family, friends & has a great love for baking.
