Best property management I’ve ever rented from. They always call back quickly, whenever we needed something fixed or pest control I always got a call from whoever was coming out the same day, they have a super easy online portal to pay rent, I could go on all day about how well they took care of us. On top of them being a really great property management, they are just really kind and easy to work with.

So far she has been very pleasant to work with, and gone above and beyond in the transition from the old property manager. Plus there are modern online statements, a huge upgrade from our old school property manager that we came from!

They are the best! I have been with them in one way or another. As a tenant 4 over 20 years. They're super fast to get something fixed if you need it. Including Saturdays and Sundays. They are very reasonable and fair regarding renting to you. They help you with any kind of problem you may have with your property. They're the only people I would be with. Both as a renter and as a owner. If that ever happened. Don't waste your time going to anybody else they're the best!

People are so quick to write a complaint when they aren't happy, yet slow to give a compliment when things go well. I want to compliment Places and Spaces as my landlord. Every time I call or stop in I am consistently given personal and professional service. When I have had repair or maintenance request, I am always told who is coming out and when I can expect them in a timely manner. I have never had to call twice for the same request - they are on top of it. I also work long and late hours, so the option to pay online is a win win for me.

I have been a tenant of P&S for quite some time now. First off, finding a place to rent can be so stressful, and all the applications, and fees and this and that you have to go through, all before you know if you will even get that place you want so badly. Well, I have been a renter for nearly 10 years now and been through this process many times, and must say that everyone at P&S made it the most pleasurable and simple process that I have personally experienced.

Property management companies are hard to trust.. but I'm so glad I have the honest and helpful team at places and spaces! The owner Kelly is almost always in the office which means you can actually talk TO THE BUSINESS OWNER - how often does that happen!? I like that its easy to get a hold of her when needed for any questions! A true to the bone family ran and operated business (which honestly makes me feel good to support!!!)
